The council of animals has been elected again, and will meet daily on the local garbage dump. The problem is that they want to throw out the humans. You need to do something! Prolong the council sessions as long as possible, watch the influence bar at the top and prevent the council from reaching that vote. Your only hope: if four members get expulsed, the council can't decide on any matters and has to wait for the next election.

You can make your case for or against the current topic. Unrail and restart the discussion by connecting another cause, or steal influence by interrupting your enemies. You can even insult them and make both your influence fall, or gain influence by condemning an enemy who insulted someone. But most importantly, you can rearrange the topics on the council's agenda, and add a few of your own. Try finding and rowing up topics that will polarize everyone against one single faction; because they will build up hate against each other. If you succeed in building hate against a faction, you might get the parliament to expulse a member. But don't forget to drag out the discussion, or you won't have much time...
